Concurrent with the Nasdaq listing, the Company announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 2,000,000 shares of common stock (the “Common Stock”) at a public offering price of $4.00 per share. The gross proceeds to TGI from the offering, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, are expected to be $8,000,000. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on August 11, 2022, under the ticker symbol “TGL” and the offering is expected to close on or about August 15, 2022, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
