Peter Goldstein is a seasoned entrepreneur, capital markets expert, and investor with over 35 years of diverse international business experience. Throughout his career, he’s held pivotal roles, including CEO, chairman, investment banker, founder, board member, investor, and advisor to public, private, and emerging growth companies.
Peter’s achievements span capital markets specializing in equity financing, strategic planning, and transaction structuring. These include numerous successful IPOs, M&A, uplisting, reverse merger transactions, private placements, and crowdfunding campaigns.
He’s the founder of Exchange Listing, LLC, dedicated to facilitating growth companies’ listings on esteemed exchanges like NASDAQ and the NYSE, and Emmis Capital, a specialized boutique fund investing in global small and microcap pre-IPO growth companies.

David is a senior executive with broad experience scaling businesses from start-up to IPO and subsequent public and private market success and has particularly strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning as well as both public and private financing and has served on the boards of several public companies.
David is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Secure Computing Corporation, a high potential stealth mode cyber-security start-up and has recently also advised several companies in the cannabis, nutraceutical and life sciences robotics industries.
David was a Co-Founder, Director and Consultant at SOURCECORP (NASDAQ: SRCP) and has served in various senior management positions including Executive Vice-President Corporate Development, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from the company’s 1994 inception, through its 1996 IPO, and subsequent 25 straight quarters of +25% EPS growth as well the completion of 74 acquisitions and 23 divestitures and co-led the Company’s August 2006 sale to Apollo Partners LP for approximately $500m. SOURCECORP is a document centric Business Process Outsourcing and Consulting company with +/- 10,000 employees operating from approximately 90 locations in 40 U.S. states, the Caribbean, the Philippines, Mexico and India. The Company has received numerous accolades including being cited among the Top 100 Hot Growth Companies by Business Week magazine, twice being recognized by Forbes magazine as one of the 200 Best Small Companies, as well as its 1999 inclusion by FORTUNE magazine’s in its list of the 100 Fastest Growing Public Companies. David was also previously a Director and Audit Chair of Cricket Media (TSX.V: CKT) a global children’s education media and services and technology company and Board Chairman, Chair of the Compensation and Nominating committees, and Audit committee member of The Princeton Review (NASDAQ: REVU) a +150m revenue Bain Capital portfolio company which offers private tutoring and classroom and online test preparation and has also been a director of CAPITAL ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES INC. (NASDAQ: CERI) a +100m revenue environmental services company and served on the Company’s, Audit and Compensation committees.
Concurrent with the latter part of his SOURCECORP tenure, David was also an investor in The Learning Library Inc., an internet e-learning company focused on the licensing and certification of professionals, and led the reorganization of the business in 2004 and its subsequent sale in May 2005.
David served in several executive positions with Laidlaw Inc, a $2B revenue, NYSE listed transportation and environmental services company, personally closing over fifty (50) acquisitions and divestitures in North America, Mexico and Europe. Prior to Laidlaw Mr. Lowenstein was a mergers and acquisitions analyst at Tricil Inc. (hazardous waste) and a financial analyst at Nortel Inc. (telecommunications).
David graduated with a Master of Science of Public Policy and Business Administration (Merit Scholar) from Carnegie Mellon University and received an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Sir Wilfred University, is conversant in the German language and has won several athletic honors.
David lives with his son Jake and their aptly named dog, ‘Jack Attack’ in Mississauga, Ontario.

Mickey has a background in engineering and is an experienced manager with over 10 years of working in advisory and consulting roles. He founded and is a Director of Klipspringer International Ventures Ltd. where he advised on access to capital markets and transactional support on a variety of investment structures in Canada and abroad. He completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Memorial University, Newfoundland, Canada and holds a Master of Technology Management in engineering and applied science.

Kennedy McCann is a paralegal atSichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP (“SRFC”). Kennedy assists CMF attorneys with general corporate matters, including company incorporations, SEC Form D and blue sky compliance, limited and general partnerships, and filing management. Before joining SRFC, Kennedy worked for a domestic law firm as a Paralegal.
Kennedy earned her Bachelor’s degree from New York University Tisch School of the Arts.

Bob has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in various aspects of the capital markets, with a strong focus on capital raising and consultancy for emerging life science companies.
Prior to his current roles, Bob was a partner at KCSA Worldwide, a middle market Investor Relations firm, for seven years until 2001. Following that, he founded his own boutique investor relations firm, ROI Group, with a primary focus on supporting early-stage, emerging companies, particularly in the life sciences sector. The firm regularly arranged capital introductory opportunities for its clients with life science-oriented investment banks. In 2007, he sold ROI Group and joined Jesup and Lamont as the Managing Director of its life science banking practice.
Bob’s educational background includes a B.A. from St. John’s University and an L.L.B. from St. John’s Law School. He also holds a Series 7 Securities License, grandfathered for Investment Banking activities.
Through his extensive experience in both investment banking and investor relations, Bob has developed an incredible skill set in seamlessly integrating both disciplines to provide comprehensive solutions for early-stage life science companies that are continuously seeking support in both areas.

Natalie began her career in the stock market in the late 90s working for National Capital Companies, an investment bank advising and executing on middle market corporate finance and merger & acquisition transactions. Natalie fell in love with the entrepreneurial side of the industry, and had the pleasure of taking more than 500 companies public to the OTC market. From there, she branched out to explore all aspects of the industry, working in various capacities for reputable firms – such as Stifel Nicolaus, Lincoln Financial and Raymond James – utilizing Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 designations. More than two decades later, her passion and expertise is still channeled to help companies grow into thriving and successful public entities.

Terrence Fong is a 25-year veteran in the Malaysian IT & Office Automation World. He graduated from Cyma College of Commerce with a business diploma and proceeded to climb the corporate ladder starting with Rank Xerox Inc. where he received extensive professional sales training. At the impressive age of 28, he was appointed the Country Manager of Aztech Malaysia, the subsidiary of Singapore listed, Aztech Group. He then proceeded to manage several Multi-National Company (MNC) subsidiaries in Malaysia as their Country Manager including JardineOne Solution (JOS) of Hong Kong, the IT arm of Jardine Matheson Conglomerate and Ingram Micro, a Fortune 50 and world largest IT Distribution Company.
His entrepreneurship journey began 15 years ago, where he was extensively exposed to international travel, seminars, trade shows & exhibitions and acquired a solid set of business associates around the globe.
The adventurous and exciting journey in Capital Markets arises through his association with a prominent financial authority in Asia Pacific which lead to 3 exciting years in the business development of SPAC opportunities across the ASEAN region.
The chance meetup of Exchange Listing’s owners with Terrence in Malaysia lead to his current position of spearheading the business development in Asia Pacific which is currently the hottest and most exciting area of economic growth and expansion for at least the decade to come.
